🧸 What is SnuggleSoul™?
SnuggleSoul™ is a 150 cm life-sized comfort plush designed to help with stress, anxiety, and emotional relief. It features a re-chargeable tapping hand, scent pocket, phone holder, and is machine washable.

📦 When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped within 1–2 days after an order is placed and you will receive your order within 5-12  days depending on region. You'll get tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are ONLY shipping to selected countries. full International shipping will be activated soon!

♻️ Can I wash my SnuggleSoul?
Yes! SnuggleSoul is fully machine washable. You can unzip the plush under the left arm and remove the tappping module from the hand. Throw the cover into the machine and slip it back on when complete.

🔋 How do I charge the tapping hand feature?
Remove the tapping module from the hand and recharge via USB-C. A charging cable is included in the box.
