📦 When will I receive my order?
We're currently in a pre-sale phase. All orders will be shipped approximately 4–6 weeks after pre-sale ends. You'll get tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are ONLY shipping to the USA and UK. International shipping will be activated soon!

♻️ Can I wash my SnuggleSoul?
Yes! SnuggleSoul is fully machine washable. Just remember to remove the tapping module before washing.

🔋 How do I charge the tapping hand feature?
The tapping module is rechargeable via USB-C. A charging cable is included in the box.
